The company POwR CONNECT , whose registered office is located at 1 boulevard Gabriel Guist'hau 44000 Nantes, in its capacity as data controller, attaches the greatest importance to the protection and respect of your privacy.
This policy aims to inform you, in accordance with Regulation No. 2016-679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter referred to as the "Regulation"), of our practices concerning the collection, use and sharing of information that you provide to us through powr-connect.shop (hereinafter the "Site").
This policy aims to inform you about the categories of personal data we may collect or hold about you, how we use it, with whom we share it, how we protect it, how long we retain it, and your rights regarding your personal data. By using the Site, you agree that your data may be collected, used, and disclosed as described in this Privacy Policy. 1. The data we collect:
By using the Site, you may provide us with information, some of which may identify you and therefore constitute personal data (hereinafter referred to as "Data"). This is particularly the case when you create a user profile in the customer area, place an order on our Site, or subscribe to the newsletter and/or agree to receive any communications from POwR CONNECT This information includes, in particular, the following data:
Data relating to your identity: title, surname, first name, address, delivery address, telephone number, email address, date of birth, internal processing code allowing identification of the person concerned by the Data provided, data relating to registration on opposition lists.
Order data: transaction number, purchase details, purchase amount, invoice payment data (payments, outstanding balances, discounts), product returns.
User profile data: refers to the data you provide when creating a user profile by filling out the registration form (such as, for example, but not limited to: name, email address, postal address, telephone number, login ID, etc.). quote (details and amount of the service requested).
Data relating to comments and other information that you provide to us, including search queries, questions and information that you send to customer service.
Subscription data: refers to the data you provide to allow us to send you our newsletters.
Transaction data: where applicable, this refers to the data you provide when making purchases through the Site, such as information relating to your payment method (bank card number, bank card expiry date, security code (which is immediately deleted)). The collected bank details are transmitted to third parties who help process and fulfill your requests.
Navigation data: refers to the data we collect during your browsing on the Site, such as the date, time of connection and/or browsing, browser type, browser language, IP address.
Technical cookies related to language (Weglot): Weglot is used to offer the Site's content in multiple languages. This service places a technical cookie to remember the user's chosen language. This cookie does not collect personal data and is not used for tracking or analysis purposes. It is strictly necessary for the proper functioning of the multilingual site and therefore does not require prior consent.
Contact details: refers to the data you provide in order to be contacted by a sales representative or our technical services.
Data necessary for the use of the software/services that we make available to you on our Site.
2. How do we use the data we collect?
To better understand the data processing carried out, we inform you that the company POwR CONNECT may process your Data for the following purposes:
- The execution of processes related to managing the processing of an order:
- Orders and their deliveries;
- Billing and collection.
- The execution of processes related to customer relationship management:
- Managing people's opinions on products, services or content;
- Customer relationship management, such as conducting satisfaction surveys;
- Managing the loyalty program within one or more legal entities;
- Selecting customers and users to carry out loyalty and product testing activities.
- The execution of processes related to online account management:
- Create and manage user profiles;
- Create and manage access to our online services.
- Processing requests submitted via a contact form:
- In order to respond to the demands of quote submitted to the Site;
- In order to respond to your requests for information and contact made on our Site.
- The performance of processing related to commercial prospecting and in particular:
- Sending targeted advertisements, promotional messages, notifications and other information by post or email based on the browsing data and interests of the individuals whose data has been collected;
- Sending promotional messages and other information about our products, events and services, about our subsidiaries and partners;
- The selection of people to carry out prospecting activities;

- The execution of processes related to claims management:

- The processing of requests for rights of access, rectification, objection, erasure;
- Dispute resolution. The processing implemented by […] is based on:
- The execution of the contract for processing related to the management of contracts, orders, invoicing and customer/user relations for services;
- The execution of pre-contractual measures relating in particular to requests for quote ;
- Consent, in particular for electronic marketing to non-customer individuals, in the event of subscribing to our newsletter, in the event of sending commercial solicitations by email about other products offered by […];
- The legitimate interest for processing relating in particular to commercial prospecting by electronic means to legal entities when such solicitations are related to their professional activities, or to commercial prospecting by post and/or telephone, or to the sending of commercial solicitations by electronic means on products similar to those ordered by natural persons, namely to promote our products to our customers;
- Compliance with a legal obligation for processing related to accounting/taxation, for example. When your data is collected, you will be informed whether certain data fields are mandatory or optional. Data fields marked with an asterisk on the data collection forms on the Site are mandatory. Failure to provide this information may limit the processing of your request.
3. Data Hosting
The Data collected and processed by POwR CONNECT are hosted both within and outside the European Union.
Your Data may be transferred to subcontractors located outside the European Union for the duration of the processing.
We strive to provide the best guarantees, including contractual and technical ones, to comply with applicable regulations regarding the protection of personal data.
4. How do we share your data?
The recipients of the Data are:
- the data controller (Romain Lucas);
- the departments responsible for the execution, processing, management, delivery and payment of orders, and any subcontractors;
- approved credit reference agencies, debt collection agencies when we conduct credit checks, to report on your payment performance and/or seek to recover debts owed to us;
- our business partners;
- our accountants, auditors, lawyers or similar advisors when we ask them to provide us with professional advice;
- the services in charge of IT security;
- the departments in charge of marketing;
- the subcontractor operating the management of the OpenStudio web server;
- as well as any person legally authorized to access the Data (judicial services, where applicable). Except as stated above, we undertake not to sell, rent, transfer, or grant access to your Data to third parties without your prior consent, unless we are legally obligated to do so for a legitimate reason (legal obligation, combating fraud or abuse, exercising the right to defend ourselves, etc.).
5. Data Retention Period / Data Security:
The Data is kept for a period appropriate to the purposes of the processing and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
Customer data is retained for as long as necessary for the execution of orders and any applicable warranties (hereinafter the "Business Relationship"), and may be retained for up to ten (10) years after the termination of the Business Relationship in order to comply with, in particular, the accounting and tax obligations incumbent upon POwR CONNECT On the other hand, Data used for commercial prospecting purposes will be kept for a period of three (3) years from the end of the Commercial Relationship, i.e. from the last purchase made by the customer.
The data required for issuing the quote : one (1) year if it is not given following the issuance of the quote ; if the quote results in an order, the data is transferred to the customer file of POwR CONNECT .
Prospect data may be kept for up to three (3) years after the last contact from the prospect.
Data relating to opt-out lists for receiving marketing communications may be kept for up to (3) years.
Payment method data is not stored. It is collected during the transaction and immediately deleted upon completion of the purchase.
The processing time for the Data necessary to receive our newsletter and/or any other communication from POwR CONNECT is limited to the time you are subscribed to our communication services, it being understood that you can withdraw your consent and unsubscribe at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of each email or on the Manage your preferences page. Data relating to the opening of an online account will be deleted after a period of three (3) years from the last login.
During the aforementioned periods, we put in place all appropriate means to ensure the confidentiality and security of your Data, in order to prevent its damage, erasure or access by unauthorized third parties.
Subsequently, we will securely erase your Data once it is no longer needed, unless erasure is not possible (for example, because your personal information has been stored in backup archives), in which case we will securely store your Data and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.
6. Your rights:
You have the right to be informed that we hold your personal data, the right to access the data we hold, the right to rectify any errors in that data, the right to erasure (sometimes called the right to be forgotten), the right to restrict how we process your data, the right to data portability, and the right to object to how we process your data. You also have the right to unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.
These rights can be exercised at any time. They are not absolute and are subject to certain exceptions and/or reservations (see the cnil.fr website for more information on your rights).

If we have collected and processed your personal information with your consent, you can withdraw your consent at any time, for example, if you no longer wish to receive our news and solicitations (by phone, SMS, mail, or email), or if you no longer wish to receive news, invitations, or promotional offers from our partners. To do so, you can contact us by email at contact@powr.group. Finally, we inform you of the existence of the "BLOCTEL" telephone marketing opt-out list, which you can register for at https://www.bloctel.gouv.fr/ .
Before assessing your request, we may ask you for additional information to verify your identity. If you do not provide the requested information, we may refuse to process your request.
Finally, and in accordance with applicable regulations, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with the National Commission for Information Technology and Freedoms (CNIL) (more information on the website www.cnil.fr ).
