Not yet a POwR Connect customer? To obtain your login and password, you need to create your account here: complete the account creation form. Once your form has been validated, you'll receive an e-mail explaining the steps in the process, and you'll be able to log in straight away. The sales representative for your area will then contact you to find out more about your needs. Please note that creating an account and logging on to our site is reserved for photovoltaic professionals only. A check is performed on the site when you register. The sales representative for your area will be notified, so that your request can be processed as quickly as possible.
To request an account on our webshop powr-connect.shop, you must complete the account creation form. To fill out the account creation form, click here . Once your form is validated, you will receive an email explaining the steps of the process, and you will be able to log in immediately. The sales representative for your region will contact you shortly to better understand your needs. Please note that account creation and login to our site are reserved for photovoltaic professionals only. A verification process is carried out on the site during your registration.
You can add multiple team members to your account on our website. This allows several collaborators to access account information on powr-connect.shop using their unique login credentials. To create access for a new collaborator, simply request it by email here .
Click here to reset your password. To reset your password, please follow these steps: Click on the "Forgot your password?" option, then enter the email address associated with your account in the provided field. Check the "I'm not a robot" box and click "Confirm." A password reset link will be sent to your email address. If you have forgotten your username: contact your account manager at POwR Connect .
You can change your first and last name, job title, and phone number via the "My Profile" tab in your personal information section of your account. It is not possible to change your email address, which is also your login ID. For this type of request, please contact us here .
By default, the site's user rights are completely open, giving you access to all the site's sections and content. If you wish, you can restrict these rights. For example, a user can : - Not be able to see item prices: in this case, he/she will not be able to add an item to the cart . - Not have access to company documents (orders, invoices, delivery notes and receipts). - Not be able to order: however, he/she will be able to set up deals, which will be visible to other users of the customer account and can be validated as orders.
