Description

The Huawei DTSU666-HW/YDS60-80 smart meter is a three-phase energy meter designed for monitoring photovoltaic installations equipped with Huawei inverters. It measures energy input and output to the grid and transmits this information to the inverter, allowing installers to configure self-consumption and feed-in limitation functions on FusionSolar systems.

This meter mounts directly onto a DIN35 rail and operates in direct measurement mode up to 80 A per phase, without requiring current transformers (CTs) for installations within this current range. This is known as through-hole operation. Above 80 A, the use of external current clamps becomes necessary.

Its Class 1 accuracy in energy measurement, combined with +/- 0.5% accuracy in voltage and +/- 1% in current, makes it a reliable device for performance monitoring of residential, commercial, and industrial power plants. Communication is via RS485 using the Modbus-RTU protocol, ensuring native compatibility with the entire range of Huawei inverters.

Its compact dimensions (100 x 72 x 80 mm) and low self-consumption (less than or equal to 1.5 W) facilitate integration into existing electrical panels, including in configurations where available space is limited.
