HUAWEI - MERC-1100W-P optimizer (short cable)

The MERC-1100/1300W-P short cable version is a 2-in-1 DC/DC optimizer that drives two Solar panels from a single unit. Each input accepts two modules up to a total STC of 1100 W (MERC-1100W-P) or 1300 W (MERC-1300W-P), with a +5% tolerance. This short-cable version has 0.1 m input and output cables, suitable for configurations where the module junction boxes are close together and the PV cables are long enough to reach the optimizer.

The operating voltage range is 12.5 to 105 V with a short-circuit current of 20 A. Maximum efficiency is 99.5%, EU efficiency 99.0%. Output: 80 V, 22 A max. Automatic bypass avoids a faulty optimizer. In standby mode, the safety voltage is 1 V per controller, with rapid current cutoff.

Integrated features : automatic recognition in less than 5 seconds, temperature detection, and arc fault location. MC4 connectors, 149 x 104 x 49 mm, 1.05 kg including cables. IP68, -40 °C to +85 °C, 0-100% humidity. Mounting via mounting plate or T-bolt.

Compatible with the following inverters: SUN2000-12/15/17/20/23/25KTL-M5, SUN2000-30/36/40KTL-M3, SUN2000-50KTL-M3, SUN2000-12-25K-MB0 and SUN5000-150K-MG0. Strings of 8 to 25 optimizers (20 max. on the SUN2000-50KTL-M3 and SUN5000-150K-MG0), maximum power 20,000 W per string.
