HUAWEI - Smart Logger 3000A-01

The SmartLogger3000A is Huawei's data hub for multi-inverter C&I photovoltaic systems. It centralizes communication from up to 80 devices (inverters, meters, weather stations, sensors) and transmits data to the FusionSolar platform or a third-party monitoring system.

The device has various communication interfaces : 1 WAN port and 1 Gigabit LAN port (10/100/1000 Mbps), 3 RS485 ports (up to 1000 m), 1 MBUS port (PLC compatible, 115.2 kbps), 4 digital inputs, 2 digital outputs, 4 analog inputs and 1 USB 2.0 port. 2G/3G/4G cellular connectivity (LTE FDD bands B1-B8-B20 in particular) is integrated for sites without wired network.

Supported protocols include Modbus-TCP and IEC 60870-5-104 over Ethernet, Modbus-RTU, IEC 60870-5-103 and DL/T645 over RS485. This versatility allows integration into existing SCADA monitoring architectures.

The SmartLogger3000A incorporates a zero-export control function to limit network injection. An internal SPD enhances surge protection. Commissioning is performed via WLAN using the mobile app or the integrated web server.
