SUNGROW - SH20T V11 Inverter

The Sungrow SH20T occupies a central position in the SH T three-phase hybrid range: it covers medium-sized commercial projects, multi-family residential and light industrial installations for which a single-phase hybrid inverter reaches its limits, without requiring the power of the SH25T.

Its transformerless design, on both the solar and battery sides, minimizes conversion losses and reduces the footprint to 620 x 480 x 245 mm with a weight of 40 kg. The three independent MPPT trackers feature a 2/2/1 string configuration and a recommended PV input power of 40,000 W Wp allow the exploitation of roofs with varied geometries or multi-orientation configurations without loss of yield on the least exposed strings.

On the storage side, the SH20T accepts a maximum discharge power of 20,000 W and a maximum charge power of 30,000 W, with a charge and discharge current of 50 A. The battery voltage range of 100 V to 700 V covers the main Li-ion batteries on the professional market, which leaves freedom of choice on the storage component selected for the project.

Backup power management relies on an integrated 63 A bypass and a switchover time of less than 10 ms. In off-grid mode, the available peak power reaches 32,000 W for 10 seconds, sufficient to start equipment with high inrush current. Native support for unbalanced loads, in both grid and off-grid modes, eliminates the need for additional equipment at sites with asymmetrical power consumption.

Forced fan cooling maintains performance up to 60°C. Multi-protocol communication (RS485, WLAN, Ethernet, CAN) and 4 digital inputs facilitate integration into monitored environments or projects requiring external load strategy control.
