The SMA eCharger solves this problem with its automatic phase switching:

Intelligent solar self-consumption management and automatic phase switching become active once paired with Sunny Home Manager 2.0.

How many eChargers can be connected to a single Sunny Home Manager? Up to 3 SMA eChargers can be controlled simultaneously by a single Sunny Home Manager 2.0. This allows for the management of multiple charging points in a residential or commercial parking area with centralized supervision.

Is the charging cable included? No. The cable is sold separately. POwR Connect offers SMA Type 2 cables in 7.5m and 10m lengths compatible with the eCharger.
