LONGi and decarbonization
The company is continuing its decarbonization efforts and will use 4.2 billion kWh of renewable energy in 2022, representing 47.18% of its total energy consumption. LONGi has accelerated its overall carbon reduction by producing 290 GW of photovoltaic products since 2012 and has launched a program to assess the environmental and social performance of its suppliers. In 2023, LONGi will complete its first carbon-neutral factory in Baoshan, China.

Solar panel Hi-MO X10: a new benchmark for the French market
The Hi-MO X10 module represents a major advancement in module technologies, particularly in the following areas:

Breaking cell efficiency records
True to its culture of constant innovation, LONGi has announced two efficiency records for its Hybrid Interdigitated-Back-Contact (HIBC) technology. The Hamelin Institute for Solar Energy Research (ISFH) in Germany certified a solar cell efficiency of 28.13% . Furthermore, modules based on HIBC cells were certified by the National Laboratory of the Rockies (NLR) in the United States with an efficiency of 26.4% . Clearly, technical developments in passivation and crystallization are improving the efficiency of HIBC cells!
