25.28%! The TNC module of Tongwei breaks the efficiency record again!
On March 20, 2025, the Tongwei PV R&D Center announced new TÜV-verified results showing that the TNC-G12R module of Tongwei achieved a front output power of 682.8 Wp with a standard size of 2382 x 1134 mm, which represents an increase of approximately 60 Wp compared to standard mass-produced modules of the same size. The conversion efficiency reaches 25.28%.
The TNC-G12 module of Tongwei , with a standard size of 2384x1303 mm, achieved a power of 778.5 W and a conversion efficiency of 25.06%, also breaking efficiency and power records in the TOPCon module category.
Tongwei Solar sets a new record with the THC-G12 HJT module, reaching 790.8 W
On March 20, 2025, the PV R&D Center of Tongwei announced that its THC-G12 Heterojunction (HJT) module has reached a maximum output power of 790.8 Wp in the standard module size of 2384 x 1303 mm, as certified by the internationally recognized testing organization TÜV. The efficiency across the entire module surface reached 25.46%, setting a new record for the efficiency of crystalline silicon modules in third-party testing.
