Description
The SUN2000-12K-MB0 is the entry-level model in the MB0 range, designed for three-phase residential installations up to 18,000 Wp of recommended PV power. Its 2 MPPTs and 4 string inputs manage two roof orientations on the same device.
The maximum efficiency reaches 98.4% , and the European efficiency is 97.9%. The MPPT range extends from 200 to 1000 V (full load: 370 to 800 V), with a maximum current of 30 A per MPPT in dual-string mode or 20 A in single-string mode. Maximum input voltage: 1100 V.
The inverter delivers 12,000 W / 13,200 VA output on a 220/380, 230/400, or 240/415 Vac network. The maximum active power reaches 13,200 W at cos phi = 1. Nominal output current: 17.3 A at 400 Vac.
The unit integrates two battery terminals compatible with LUNA2000-5/10/15-S0 and LUNA2000-7/14/21-S1 , with a maximum discharge power of 13.2 kW and a charge power of 21 kW (single string) or 25 kW (dual string). The inverter is also EMMA-A02 compatible for energy management.
Integrated protections : Type II DC surge protection, Type II compatible AC surge protection (EN/IEC 61643-11), AFCI, PID recovery, anti-islanding, insulation and residual current monitoring. Intelligent fan cooling, IP66, 546 x 460 x 228 mm, 21 kg. Operating temperature: -25 °C to +60 °C, altitude: 4,000 m. Integrated WLAN communication for local connection, RS485, optional Smart Dongle WLAN/Ethernet or 4G. Compatible with SUN2000-450W-P2, SUN2000-600W-P, MERC-1100W-P, and MERC-1300W-P optimizers. Up to 3 inverters in parallel with Smart String ESS storage.
