Description
The SUN2000-50K-MC0 is the 50 kW model in the MC0 range, positioned for medium-power C&I projects requiring higher energy density per inverter. It delivers 50,000 W nominal power and can reach 55,000 W maximum active power at cos phi = 1.
Its 4 MPPTs and 8 inputs handle asymmetrical currents (30/33/33/30 A per tracker), allowing optimization of heterogeneous PV arrays. MPPT range from 180 to 1000 V, maximum voltage 1100 V. Maximum efficiency is 98.7% at 480 V (EU efficiency 98.2%).
This version features AI-assisted arc fault detection (AFCI) and an MBUS for MERC-1100/1300W-P optimizers (isolation transformer required). Active air cooling, 50 kg, IP66, -25°C to +60°C, 4000 m range. Amphenol HH4 DC connectors. WLAN, RS485, and optional Smart Dongle communication.
