HUAWEI - SUN2000-150K-MG0 SPD I+II inverter

The SUN2000-150K-MG0 is a 150 kW three-phase inverter from the SUN2000 range, positioned for C&I power plants and at Ground High power output. It delivers 150,000 W nominal (165 kVA, 165 kW max. at cos phi = 1). Its architecture is based on 7 MPPTs with 3 inputs each (21 string inputs), offering tracking granularity suitable for large PV fields with varying orientations or partial shading.

Each MPPT accepts up to 48 A (23 A per input), with a short-circuit current of 66 A. Maximum voltage 1100 V, MPPT range 200 to 1000 V. Maximum efficiency reaches 98.8% at 480 V (EU efficiency 98.4%). With a three-phase output of 380/400/480 Vac, the rated current is 216.5 A at 400 V. THDi is less than 1%.

The inverter incorporates a suite of advanced protections: AFCI, Smart String Level Disconnector, terminal temperature detection, PID recovery, and PV Ground-Fault Protection. DC Type II (Type I optional) and AC Type II surge arresters are standard. The MBUS bus communicates with MERC optimizers (isolation transformer required).

Smart Air Cooling, IP66, 1000 x 710 x 395 mm, weight less than or equal to 99 kg. -25 °C to +60 °C, 4000 m. Amphenol HH4 DC connectors, waterproof AC connector + OT/DT. RS485, USB, Smart Dongle 4G/WLAN depending on the project. Transformer not included.
