Order
After you have confirmed your order on the website, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt of your order. deal Once placed as an order, it disappears from your list of Businesses and appears on the My Orders / Orders Pending Validation page. The sales team will then review your order, and you will receive a confirmation email as soon as it is approved. The order will then appear on the My Orders / Confirmed Orders page.
When you place an order, our team will send you an email containing the Order Acknowledgement (ARA). Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking email for courier shipments. For orders delivered by freight carrier, the carrier will contact you directly to arrange a delivery appointment.
If you receive a confirmation email or order receipt that you did not initiate, please contact our services at 02 28 44 31 21. If you wish to modify an order that has already been validated, you must inform our services as soon as possible at +33 2 28 44 31 21.
To access your order history, go to the "My Documents" section of your customer account. There you will find a complete list of your orders placed both online and in-store. You can sort and/or filter these documents to view only those from the desired period. Click "Get document" for the order you want to receive it by email.
All your deals can be found in the "My deals and quotes" tab of your account. In the list of your deals, you can "choose this deal" and it will be added directly to your cart.
To access one of your invoices, go to the "My Documents" section, then "My Invoices" in your customer account. You can sort and/or filter these documents to view only those from the desired period. Click "Get Document" to receive the invoice by email.
To access your order details, go to the "My Orders" tab and select the "Document Request" option for the relevant order. From there, you can select the document you wish to obtain. Once selected, the document will be sent to you by email.
To access your delivery note, go to the "My Documents" section, then "My Delivery Notes" in your customer account. You can sort and/or filter these documents to view only those for the desired period. By clicking "Get Document," the delivery note and the flashlist, if available, will be sent to you by email.

To access your credit note, go to the "My Documents" section, then "My Credit Notes" in your customer area. You can sort and/or filter these documents to view only those from the desired period. Click "Get Document" to receive the credit note you want by email.
To access a quote made by your sales rep, go to the "My deals and quotes" section of your customer area. You'll be able to view all the quote you've made over the last 12 months (yellow lines). By selecting a quote, you can add or delete products if you wish and/or convert it into an order directly by validating the 3 steps of the cart.
