On the My Account / My Addresses page, you can view the addresses saved for your account. It is not possible to modify them on this page. For any changes to your addresses, please contact us by email here . You can, however, add addresses on this page using the Add an Address form. Furthermore, in the cart In step 2, it is possible to add new addresses at the time of ordering.

An indicative timeframe is specified in the cart of order. However, delivery times are determined based on the products selected and their stock availability. Therefore, the delivery time may be revised and will be notified when your order is confirmed.

You can choose between delivery by charter or courier service. If necessary, it is also possible to arrange a collection upon request to your contact person at POwR Connect .

Shipping costs on the website are calculated based on the delivery location, for mainland France only. For other countries and French overseas departments and territories (DOM-TOM), the logistics costs will be specified by the sales team. The calculation of these costs differs depending on the chosen delivery method: freight or courier. - For freight delivery: Logistics costs associated with freight delivery are calculated based on the amount Total excl. VAT of cart depending on the order and the delivery department. Some items, particularly large ones, require freight delivery: courier delivery will then be impossible on the website. - For courier delivery: The logistics costs are calculated based on the total weight of the order and the delivery department. Courier delivery is generally faster than freight delivery.

In step 2 of the cart, you can select either Charter or Courier delivery (except for orders of Modules and large rails, for which charter is required). If you wish to change the delivery method for an order already placed and confirmed, please contact us as soon as possible on +33 2 28 44 31 21.
