Products
You can use the search bar located above the menu. Simply type the brand, reference number, or title of a product, and the search results will appear in a drop-down menu. You can then click on the desired reference number or view all products matching your search.
To compare products, click the "compare" button located on the right side of each page. You can then add products or product ranges. Mounting systems By clicking on the corresponding thumbnails. You can also select "compare this product" on each product page; the product will then be added directly to the comparison tool. You can compare up to 4 products simultaneously. Note: to compare products, they must be from the same category.
The stock level of each product is visible on its product page once you are logged into your account. There are three stock statuses: - In stock, indicating the number of products available. You can track stock levels for the coming weeks on each product page by clicking on "view availability". - Restocking, specifying the next week of availability. - On order
If an item is marked as "on order," it means it is not currently in stock and we will order it from our suppliers to deliver it to you as quickly as possible. For these products, we provide an estimated delivery date: our sales team will then contact you with more precise information about the delivery time. Furthermore, we cannot guarantee the price at the time of ordering on our website; the price will be confirmed in your order confirmation.
Technical documents are available on the product page in the "Documents to Download" section. If you are logged out, you will be prompted to enter your email address. Once you have done so, you will be able to download the documents.
To create multiple carts and leave them pending, you must create deals. To create a deal, log in. As soon as you add products to your cart, a deal is created: click on the cart icon to view the current deal. Any deal is automatically saved, and you can also save it under a specific name. Until the transaction is confirmed as an order, it is stored on the My Account / My Deals and quotes page. You can view it at any time. To create a new deal, click on My Accounts / My Deals and quotes, then on "Create a deal", then add the products.
